By using clickdash.io ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service Description

clickdash provides URL shortening, file sharing, and click/download analytics. We offer free and paid plans with different feature limits.

3. Account

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or entity per account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share malware, phishing, or harmful content
• Distribute illegal or infringing material
• Send spam or misleading redirects
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Content & Files

You own the content you share through the Service. By uploading files, you confirm you have the right to share them. We don't claim ownership of your content.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Paid Plans

Paid plans are one-time lifetime purchases. Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect click and download analytics (country, device, referrer). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Liability

clickdash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
